Colorado Conservation Credits was formed to promote and sell conservation credits to parties interested in reducing their tax liability. These easements are a voluntary agreement between a landowner and a qualified conservation organization that permanently restricts the use of land to preserve wildlife habitat, scenic, historic, recreational or agricultural conservation values.
